Barista & Bar Staff (m/f/d)

For our Kinobar, we are looking for a Barista & Bar Staff (m/f/d) who is eager to
help shape this special place. You will provide our office tenants and guests
with coffee and tea specialties, cold drinks, and snacks. In doing so, you are not just responsible for
preparing our drinks, but above all, you are a host.
You ensure that our guests feel completely at home from their first coffee to their
last drink.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of coffee specialties and other hot and cold beverages
• Serving and selling drinks and snacks
• Friendly and attentive service for our office tenants and guests
• Advising our guests on the selection of drinks and snacks
• Processing digital payments
• Opening and closing duties as well as independent organization of the bar area
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, compliance with HACCP standards, and a
  appealing appearance of the cinema bar
• Monitoring and replenishing inventory
• Thinking ahead, getting involved, and helping to ensure our cinema bar is a place where people
  enjoy spending their time

What you bring to the table:

• We require initial relevant experience (1–2 years) in a comparable
  role in the upscale hospitality sector, e.g., as a barista, bartender, or service staff
• A strong service-oriented and welcoming mindset
• A professional, friendly, and open demeanor
• You work reliably, independently, and in a structured manner
• You are happy to pitch in and are not afraid of tasks that are part of providing
  great service
• Team spirit and a desire to collaborate with different departments
• Flexibility in terms of availability, especially for events and functions
• Very good command of German and English
