Lee Cronin’s The Mummy
Exclusive screening in the cinema and cinema bar.
Together with Warner Bros. and Anti Boring Content Club , an exclusive screening was hosted at AchtBerlin ahead of the official release of Lee Cronin’s The Mummy .
The evening didn't begin in the theater, but rather in Courtyard 2, where guests were guided through a staged scenario that played with expectations surrounding the film. Visitors were immersed in an environment that seemed to have been pulled directly from the story's crime scene—complete with police tape, evidence markers, and interactive elements. The investigations and encounters created a dense, suspenseful atmosphere that bridged the gap between the real world and the cinematic one.
Before the screening, the mood intensified at the cinema bar, before the experience continued in the theater. The cinema became more than just a place for the screening; it was an integral part of the production—a space where tension, visuals, and sound converged.
An evening that demonstrates how storytelling, space, and dramaturgy can combine to create an immersive experience, and how a screening can go far beyond a simple film showing.
